Julianna Thomas
is a videomaker and visual artist based in Atlanta, Georgia by way of Dallas, Texas. She’s a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a B.A. in Media Production. Her most recent video, “Black & White In Color,” was selected as a Vimeo Staff Pick and has been featured on The Atlantic Monthly, Gizmodo, Fubiz, Laughing Squid, and Devour. Her videos have been screened at The Honolulu Museum of Art, The Full Frame Theater, Spectre Arts, The Carrack Modern Art, and on Discovery Channel Canada. She also curates VHS Mixtape, an annual video mixtape and art project that specifically celebrates short videos.
